... Every first Monday of the month, we expand our Stahlwerk-Buffet for Fish Lovers with a wide range of fish variations.

Our kitchen team „casts the fishing rod“ and catches delicious fish and seafood from fresh and salt water. The kitchen team of headchef Jürgen Möllmann prepares fantastic salads, cold and warm delicacies with corresponding side dishes - a treat that is not only lovingly presented for you, but also tastes delicious. 

You can even see how your meal is cooked and ask the chefs questions at the Life-cooking station.

If you rather prefer to see the fish swim in the ocean than on your plate, we also have  something delicacies for you. The rich seasonal buffet offers vegetarian and meaty alternatives. We can promise you.... the dessert buffet is prepared without fish.
