We would like to invite you to tast our mouth watering bread creations. Our master baker Jens Olsson bakes all those lovely treats.  You can enjoy our fresh and homemade bread, bread rolls and snacks daily at our restaurant 1500°C.

Counter Sale!!!

Every first Thursday of the month from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., we offer you a wide selection of bread for sale at the Stahlwerk counter in the hotel lobby.

We value sustainability and regional products and are very pleased that the main ingredient is produced almost around the corner. We obtain the flour from our partner Gut Rosenkrantz. It is obtained from selected organic grain and ground in the Neumünster organic mill.
