Restaurant 1500°C

Enjoying breakfast with friends, inviting the family for dinner – the cozy ambience in the "Restaurant 1500°C" gives you the setting for incredibly beautiful moments. In the evening, the hotel dives into a unique light. The staging of the old walls and beams in the restaurant creates a breathtaking atmosphere.

The terrace is situated in the backyard of the house. On a mild evening in the summer, it´s wonderful closing the day with a nice glass of wine or cold beer.

Headchef Jürgen Möllmann and his kitchen team prepare exceptionally delicious dishes from the fresh cuisine. 

Embark on a culinary journey with vegan and vegetarian meals as well as a fish variation and delicious meat dishes. Tasty salads, seasonal soup as well as sweet and fruity desserts will round off the taste experience. Something for every taste, promised!

Children up to the age of 4 dine free of charge in the "Restaurant 1500°C" and the older ones from 5 - 12 feast for half the price!!!

The "Restaurant 1500°C" is open daily for you. You can enjoy our lunch buffet from noon to 2pm. On Sunday from 5 pm to 9:30 pm and Monday to Saturday from 6 pm to 9:30 pm you can enjoy our delicious dinner buffet.

Impressions

The “Restaurant 1500°C” owes its name to the melting point of steel, which is brought to melt at 1500°C. It reflects the old steelwork construction: hanging lamps, concrete girders, hooks hanging down from the well-preserved trolley. The trolley, as ever, is perched under the skylights at the original ceiling height of eight meters.
